Nolan is a Partner at Social Capital, where he focuses on late stage investing.
Prior to Social Capital, Nolan worked on the Business Development team at Oak View Group (OVG), where he worked directly under the President and the CEO to advise on strategic company growth and M&A, manage project financing efforts, and lead capital investments for the platform internationally. OVG was founded by Tim Leiweke, Irving Azoff, Madison Square Garden, and is backed by equity from Silver Lake Partners to invest in sports, music, and live entertainment venue opportunities. During his time at OVG, he helped the team secure an investment pipeline of over $4.5B in total asset value in North America, Europe, and Asia, leading notable projects including the $1.2B development of Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, the $1.1B UBS Arena in New York, the $400M Moody Center in Austin, and the $500M Co-op Live Arena in Manchester, England.
Previously, Nolan worked at Oaktree Capital Management where he focused on real estate investments and managed $7B of real estate exposure globally.
Nolan is originally from Colorado and graduated with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, where he was named a member of the Presidents Leadership Class.
